OS2: an innovative system
for an increasingly sustainable architecture
The OS2 thermal cutting system comes from the need to be able to carry out perfect architectural integration on historic and monumental buildings, with fixtures similar to the ancient 19th century iron window. Also used in contemporary architecture in search of linearity, its sleek profile with thermal seal and the use of complanar glass, aims at greater transparency and allows great freedom in the design of the window. OS2 is therefore a unique system that blends essential features such as energy saving and eco-sustainability.

Windows and doors
System and performance
OS2 Internal Door Window and Door is a complete system that incorporates accessories, gaskets and profiles with a thermal cut at a depth of 65 mm, and allows to create square, rectangular, curved or shaped versions with insulating glass up to 40 mm thick. Each type is equipped with special internal certified accessories. An open joint system with a central sealing gasket and an inlay bar ensure the best sealing of the frames. For doors, there is also an automatic guillotine gasket under the socket.
Visual space and variants
OS2 Window and Door with internal opening is an internal and external overhead door, with 47 mm sections for the lateral and lower nodes, and 62 mm for the central node. The door socket has a section of 47 mm. For the separation of the glass doors, a 36 mm thermal cut profile is provided.

Vitruvio handle
Handles can be made of paintable raw brass, brushed brass, brass polished chrome or polished brass. The small square version is also available in corten steel, and the “Vitruvio” small in “T” and “L” versions.

Hinges
Two and three wings hinges are adjustable and made of zinc plated steel and painted in powder, stainless steel, brushed stainless steel and corten steel. H.80 | d.13 mm and h.116 | d.16 mm of welded hinges are also adjustable and available in galvanized steel and painted in powder form.
